Campus Events Support

Campus Event Checklist

Are you working to plan a campus event, here, at WSU Tri-Cities? If so, we are here to provide you with a brief outline of the items needed in order to be successful and to connect you with the staff who can assist. https://tricities.wsu.edu/facilities/event-and-meeting-space-request/

Step 1: Where do I want to host my event or meeting?

  • On-campus requestor (faculty, staff, student): check room availability in 25Live Pro.
  • Off-campus requestor: contact our Events Scheduler to learn about room availability and the scheduling process.

Step 2: It’s time to request the space.

  • On-campus requestor (faculty, staff, student): request space in 25Live Pro. Be sure to add in the appropriate “Resources” to your event, as this signals campus partners to support your event.
  • Off-campus requestor: please fill out this form to “officially” request your space.

Step 3: Wait, I need other resources!

Complete other event-related forms.
