Untitled Still Life

Spring 2021 Fine Arts Exhibit
A graphite sketch composing of several potted plants, an apple, and an orange all situated on a plaid fabric.

About This Project

This drawing was one of my latest projects in my fine arts class. I haven’t had much experience in drawing like this, so figuring out how to draw plants like this was a challenge. In my drawing, I chose to include several potted plants because I have had more experience in drawing shapes like the vases. I also included the two fruits in my drawing, despite my lack of experience in drawing things like them. Overall, I believe this drawing reflects my learning experience as an artist.
