Deadline to apply to graduate – March 1

Apply for graduation through the Office of the Registrar or the Graduate School. Check out these instructions on how to apply for graduation as an undergraduate student or how to apply for graduation as a graduate student. Late fees are applied after this date. Master’s and Ph.D. candidates please refer to graduate school deadlines for more information.

Student deadline to rent regalia – April 12

Students can rent their regalia here.

  • Early bird site opens on 1/8 and closes on 2/16
  • Regular price site opens on 2/17 and closes on 3/22
  • Express ship site opens on 3/23
  • Regalia rentals ordered online and shipped to your home must be returned via mail by 5/11.
  • Regalia rentals picked up at The Bookie must be returned back to The Bookie by 3pm on 5/10.
    • This applies to orders placed online or at The Bookie.

  • 1/8 to 4/12: Online ordering available (see pricing deadlines below)
  • Pricing Deadlines:
    • 1/8 to 2/16: Discounted pricing for ship-to-home
    • 2/17 to 3/22: Normal pricing for ship-to-home
    • 3/23 to 4/12: Higher pricing for express ship-to-home

  • 1/8 to 2/16: Option available for online ordering with option to pick up at WSUTC Bookie on 3/19
Order In Store & Pick Up In Store
  • For Bachelors
    •  3/20 to 4/19:
  • For Masters and PhD
    • 3/20 to 4/12
  • For extended sizes (<5’, >6’4, over 250 lbs)
    • 3/20 to 3/29

Faculty deadline to rent complimentary regalia – March 22

Faculty can rent their regalia here. After this date, faculty will need to pay for their own rentals.
