Radical Radiation summer science camp

Discover the kinds of radiation that come from the sun, stars, rocks and soil. Investigate properties of radiation including ELF, radio waves, microwaves, infrared, UV, x-ray and gamma rays. Examine absorption and understand half-life. Learn about the uses of radiation and radiation protection. From radon to electromagnetic emissions and more, you’ll get to create and test solutions to current challenges with radiation science experiments.
