This meditation workshop is Part 1 of two meditation workshops being offered.  You do not need attend part 1 in order to attend part 2, however it is helpful.

“The meditation workshops will include an introduction to the background and benefits of mindfulness meditation and guided practice of mindfulness meditation applied to the breath and body. Another mindfulness meditation technique will be introduced that can be very helpful in opening to difficult physical or emotional sensations.”

These workshops are open to the entire campus to attend.
