Cougar Tracks offers programs that bridge gaps between industry needs and workforce training, providing practical solutions that address the unique challenges faced by local industry, minorities and underrepresented communities. Through collaborative leadership and industry connections, Cougar Tracks can amplify the impact of the local workforce and strengthen inclusive growth and empowerment across the Tri-Cities region and beyond.
Courses and certificates offer blended learning experiences including online on-demand, online cohort, and in-person cohort with a focus on business acumen, customer service excellence, leadership development, and workforce training. Upon request, courses are customized to support local businesses with specific training needs and goals.
