Objectives

1. Maintain a workplace where employees feel safe, acknowledged, and able to do their best to achieve professional objectives in line with the mission and strategic plan of the campus.

2. Build pride in the WSU Tri-Cities brand and actively support “lifelong Cougs” within our community.

WSU Tri-Cities is home to a culturally-diverse population of students, staff, and faculty. The distinction of being a Tri-Cities Coug brings a sense of pride and camaraderie to our students, alumni and community. Faculty and staff are invested in the strategic direction of the campus and are proud of their affiliation with WSU Tri-Cities.
