Shipping & Receiving

Shipping & Receiving is responsible for all incoming/outgoing business and interdepartmental mail. You can drop off and pick up mail during our regular business hours. Shipping & Receiving utilizes USPS or FedEx to ship all campus packages. You may use the drop box by the door for US postal mail and courier mail. For mail drop off that needs postage applied, please add either your department name, or workday program/grant code in the upper left corner under the return address. For packages utilizing FedEx, please submit a Shipping Request Form.

All outgoing mail needs to be submitted at least two days before sending.

How do I submit an item to be shipped?

To have items shipped, please fill out our Shipping Request Form and bring the item to us. We can box and create the label for you.

Can shipping services be used for personal shipping/mail?

You can drop off mail and packages that have a label or postage already applied and we can hand off to UPS, USPS and FedEx. However, we cannot sell or provide labels or postage for any personal mail or shipping. We also cannot accept delivery of any personal items. Shipping & Receiving is to be used for business purposes only and bill via workday program/grant codes.

Do we have intercampus mail?

Yes. If you would like to send intercampus mail, please bring the name of who you want to send it to, and the building and office number for that individual along with the item you would like to send. Interoffice mail can go to the following campuses; Pullman, Spokane and Vancouver. We can also pass along interdepartmental mail through our campus mail boxes.

Please note all samples must be sent via FedEx. Intercampus mail cannot accommodate sending such items.
