March 26: Crimson Cooking with Chef Callison

The ingredients are local, the chef is amazing, and the results will be irresistible. Join Washington State University Executive Chef Jamie Callison for a live online broadcast from WSU’s Marriott Foundation Hospitality Teaching Center. Callison will talk about his cookbook, The Crimson Spoon, and show you how to plan, prepare and serve three amazing dishes: Cougar Gold Mac N’ Cheese, WSU Wagyu Beef Pot Roast, and Crimson Fire Jalapeno Poppers.
