This is part 2 of the meditation workshop series. It is not imperative that you attended part 1 in order to participate and benefit from attending part 2.
“The meditation workshops will include an introduction to the background and benefits of mindfulness meditation and guided practice of mindfulness meditation applied to the breath and body. Another mindfulness meditation technique will be introduced that can be very helpful in opening to difficult physical or emotional sensations.”
This is open to the entire campus community to attend.
