Now that there is an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine, personal exemptions are no longer valid or accepted. However, exemptions are still accepted for religious or medical reasons.
Individuals should abide by the timelines for submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination or religious or medical exemptions.
Employees must be fully vaccinated or have obtained a medical or religious exemption by Monday, Oct. 18.
* Student employees must also submit their vaccination information via Workday.
