The purpose of Cougs LEAD is to allow members the opportunity to develop and improve leadership skills through volunteer efforts and community service. The club will host workshops for professional development where students can develop crucial leadership skills to give back to the community (volunteering). Additionally, this club will make sure to spread awareness on resources for all WSU Tri-Cities students.
