The WSU Tri-Cities Virtual Mind Spa created by Counseling Services is intended to help give students, faculty, and staff mental and physical relief and wellness. The Mind Spa is open 24 hours a day available anytime for everyone.

Emotional wellbeing is when we are in control and in tune of our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. The emotional wellbeing spa allows you to recharge your sense of emotional wellbeing which allows you to cope with life challenges in a positive and healthy way.

When you are taking care of your physical health, you are also taking care of your mental health. Especially during COVID-19 and staying home, it is even important to upkeep your health and stay moving.

Mindfulness is when you purposely bring your attention to experiences that are occurring within the present moment without having any sense of judgement. By practicing mindfulness it can increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. It also helps in order to look inward to our thoughts and feelings.
