SUMMER STEM CAMPS

Registration is open for all camps!

1. REGISTRATION

Registration for each camp is taken on a first-come, first-served basis until the camp is full. You will be notified if any camps for which you are interested in are already full. Please submit one registration for each student.

You are welcome to register your student for more than one camp, as long as they are not run during the same week.

2. PAYMENT

All camps are priced at $325, which includes lunch, snacks, supplies, etc.
Paying with a Credit Card:

Complete payment with an online credit card transaction by selecting Credit Card on the payment page of the registration webform site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Paying with a Check:

After registering, send us a check made payable to WSU Tri-Cities Summer STEM Camps for the total amount of your registration. Please include it with the Consent/Release and Assumption of Risk (formerly know as the Student Information Packet) in the mail. See our mailing address below:

3. CONSENT/RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

All registrants must submit by mail the two page Consent/Release and Assumption of Risk (formerly know as the Student Information Packet). A copy of the form will be sent to you via email after completing an online registration. We will confirm with you by email that your registration is officially complete once payment and the required forms are on file with us.

Scholarships

Scholarships are provided depending upon availability of funding and financial need. Requests for financial assistance are received and approved on a first-come/first-served basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible. WSU Tri-Cities Summer Youth Programs makes every attempt to provide as many scholarships as possible to students who may otherwise be unable to attend camps. We ask that applicants consider this when determining the amount you can pay for camps. A separate form must be completed for each student applying for aid.

You will be contacted after the completed scholarship application has been received and processed. Please note: This process can take several weeks.

Cancellation & Refunds

CANCELLATION/CHANGE/REFUND POLICY:

Requests to cancel registration to a summer camp must be submitted in writing to the PDCE office by email at STEMcamp@tricity.wsu.edu. Written requests to cancel registration must include the parent’s full name, contact information, and the participating student’s full name. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone. A $125 fee per student per camp will be charged if you cancel a camp 30 or more days before the start date; no refund will be given if you cancel less than 30 days prior to the start date. A $40 change fee per camp applies if changing camps at least 30 days prior to the start date of the originally-scheduled camp. If you notify us less than 30 days prior to the start date, a $50 change fee per camp applies. Changes between camps are possible only on a space available basis.
