Student Commencement RSVP Form

Commencement RSVP for Graduating Students

What is the difference between Commencement and Graduation?

Commencement is the ceremony that celebrates your graduation. WSU Tri-Cities students who participate in commencement ceremonies are considered “candidates” for graduation.

Graduation is the official confirmation that you met all your degree requirements and that your degree has been conferred.

Participation in the commencement ceremony is not a guarantee or an indication of degree completion. To officially graduate from WSU, students must satisfy all university, college, and departmental requirements for the specific degree. Your degree becomes official when it is posted to your transcript, not by your participation in commencement exercises.

Please complete the form below if you plan to participate in the Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at the Toyota Center in Kennewick.

Yes! I will be attending the WSU Tri-Cities Commencement.
