Printing & Shipping Services

Copy Center closes, printing services moves to CIC 225

Shipping and receiving to remain in current location

The WSU Tri-Cities Copy Center is closing its doors to make way for a new model that will help reduce costs for prints and copies. Printing Services is moving to the Computer Center in CIC 225 where it will offer printing and copying services at reduced capacity. Shipping and Receiving will remain in its current location – Floyd 121.

Printing and copying service beginning Aug. 3
Individuals and departments will now be able to get their prints completed at cost – there will be no up-charge to accommodate for personnel expenses. As such, however, the copy center will no longer accept cash, check or card as payment.

*All prints must be charged to a WSU budget or grant and must pertain to WSU work-related material.

Large-format prints, such as posters, banners, etc., will remain available as an option, in addition to regular paper-based prints and copies.

Beginning Aug. 3: To complete a print or copy request, receive a quote for printing/copying and for copier service/maintenance needs, visit tricities.wsu.edu/it. Under “Quick Links,” click “Printing Request.” Note: Turnaround time for prints will be a minimum of five business days.
