Policy and Procedures

  • Prior to traveling to a location, a student may check via the virtual desk to see if a spot is available. The spot will be reserved based on their anticipated arrival time.
  • Students may reserve up to two-hours, 24-hours in advance
    • Students can cancel a reservation 15 minutes prior to the reservation without it being considered a no-show.
    • A no-show will result in a warning.  After the 2nd no-show during the semester, the student will not be allowed to book a reservation in advance for the rest of the semester.
  • Students must complete the daily WSU attestation and adhere to all WSU social distancing and COVID protocols while at a pop-up space. Students who fail to follow staff instructions will be asked to leave the facility and reported to the Student Affairs Office.
  • The spaces are primarily intended for individualized studying, downloading of materials, and test-taking. Group studying is allowable per social distance requirements. Quiet rules will be applied for any student using the space for an assessment.
