The evening will feature six Hamilton wines paired with dishes developed by Executive Chef Jamie Callison and WSU students that integrate local and seasonal tastes and flavors – for an outstanding hospitality experience.
Net proceeds from the event will benefit the hospitality and wine & beverage business management programs at the WSU Tri-Cities campus.
Tickets are $100 each, the evening will include a reception, food and wine tastings, heads or tails, and a silent auction.
