Convocation

Convocation is a time for the campus community to recognize graduating students and their families. This year’s event will be held on Friday, May 5 at 5:00 p.m.  Please note that the Order of Engineering Ring Ceremony that is held in the East Auditorium will begin one hour earlier at 4:00 p.m.

If you would like to take part in Convocation, please complete the information below to RSVP and identify how many guests you plan on bringing with you. Graduates can bring up to four guests. Dress attire for the event is business casual.

The events will be held at the Washington State University Tri-Cities campus. Celebrations will be held with students, families, and faculty at their respective academic colleges in the following building locations:

  • 4:00 pm | Engineering (East Building Auditorium, Room 266)
  • 5:00 pm | Education (CIC Building, Rooms 210, 212, 214)
  • 5:00 pm | Business (CIC Building, Room 216)
  • 5:00 pm | Liberal Arts, Sciences & V&E (CIC Building, Room 120)

Photos and Video Release
We will be taking pictures and videos for use on the WSU Tri-Cities web site, Facebook and future publicity about Cougs in the Community. The news media will be invited to cover our activities.
