WSU Tri-Cities launches Continuing Education and Professional Development Program
Our Continuing Education and Professional Development (CEPD) program was created to provide our regional community stakeholders with the professional development resources needed to be competitive in a 21st century global marketplace.

Course: An Introduction to Personal and Professional Intelligence (PPI)

This workshop is intended for leaders at all levels. It is the foundation to developing an individual’s natural style of leadership by focusing on one’s Personal and Professional Intelligence. This fast pace four-day workshop dives deep into the core concepts of effective leadership.
Prior to attending, participants will be administered the EQi-2.0 leadership assessment ($500 value) as part of the workshop curriculum.

Participants receive their PSM Fundamentals Certificate offered exclusively in the region by Washington State University Tri-Cities after the successful completion of the 24-hour live instructor led program. The course program, for regional workforce professionals, offer engaging course material delivery, team workshops, in-class lab assignments, and a capstone project to ensure participants accelerate their learning curve and enhance on-the-job effectiveness immediately.
This three day program covers concepts, templates, and techniques for Specifications Gathering, Bid Package Creation, Negotiations, Bid Reply Analysis, Transportation Planning, Inventory Management, Introduction to Contract Terms, Post Award Supplier Performance, and more!
