About WSU Tri-Cities

WSU Tri-Cities is one of six physical campuses in the WSU system. WSU Tri-Cities is a vibrant campus and community that sits on more than 200 acres alongside the Columbia River in Richland, Washington.

With more than 1,800 students, 90 full-time faculty, and a 90% job placement rate, WSU Tri-Cities is driven by an ultimate goal of engaging students in hands-on learning through internships, co-ops, and project-based courses. Students can select their program of study from a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs and are well-prepared to enter the workforce and contribute to the economic vitality of this community.

About the Career Fair
  • WSU Tri-Cities hosts an annual Career Fair each fall semester.
  • Exhibitor booths are in two buildings: Student Union Building (SUB) and Consolidated Information Center (CIC).
  • All exhibitor booths are 6’ x 6’ with two chairs.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tablecloths, extension cords, promotional materials, signage, tape, etc. A black tablecloth may be requested at no additional cost.
  • Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. with all booths set-up by 9 a.m.
  • All registered attending representatives will be emailed a Career Fair Schedule and Career Fair Logistics including hotel accommodations, directions to campus, a campus parking map, check-in instructions, Career Fair policies, amenities, and programming.
  • Career Fair is open to WSU students, alumni, and the general public.
  • Curbside assistance is not available.
Registration Fee
Registration Fee: $100
Deadline: September 17th
The fee for any registration received after 5 p.m. on September 17th, will be $125.
Registration Policy
  • All registrations subject to approval.
  • Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent directly from Career Development.
  • Unpaid registrations will be canceled fifteen (15) business days prior to the event.
  • An event invoice may be provided upon request on a case-by-case basis only.
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Late Registration Policy

For late registration availability, please contact the Career Development Office at 509-372-7600 or email us at tricities.careers@wsu.edu.

  • Online registration not available at 5 p.m. September 17th.
  • Approved late registrations will complete a hard copy Registration Form.
  • Late registration will be subject to space availability and is not guaranteed.
  • Company will not be included in Career Fair printed materials or handouts.
  • Lunch options will not be available.  Late registrations will receive a standard lunch option.  No exceptions.
What You Will Receive With Your Registration
  • One 6’ x 6’ space. An additional booth space may be requested on the registration form, for an additional cost.
  • One table.
  • Two chairs. One additional chair may be requested below at no additional cost (maximum seating at each booth is limited to three chairs total).
  • Two bottles of water at your booth.
  • A Hospitality Room with complimentary snacks and refreshments.
  • One provided lunch (additional lunches can be purchased for $14 each)
  • Access to Interview Rooms (on a first come, first serve basis).
  • Access to electricity (must be requested on the registration form; limited locations).
  • Access to wireless internet (log in instructions provided at your booth).
  • Free parking.
