Employers will receive an overview of the all the amenities, activities and programs while eating breakfast in CIC 216.
This program is offered during the Exhibitor Breakfast. Up to 10 select students seeking a job or internship will present a 1-minute resume to exhibitors.
Exhibitors will be provided with presenter bios. Exhibitors interested in interviewing or speaking further with a student one-on-one may leave a business card in designated envelopes for each student located outside the room.
The Career Fair Guides (Guides) program is an exclusive student-to-student partnering program to help navigate wary students to employers for introductions.
Guides have an exclusive pass to visit with exhibitors and ask a variety of questions to gain insight into what each company is seeking (i.e, job and internship opportunities, type of majors, type of skill set, etc.). Using the information gained from their visit, Guides will assist and direct students to employers during All Student Access time. Guides will be posted outside each exhibitor room/area.
This scavenger-hunt type game is an incentive for students to seek out exhibitors in the various locations. We ask all exhibitors to participate.
Companies registered by September 15 will be listed on the card by their room location. Instructions and a special colored pen for signing off on the game card will be placed at each exhibitor booth. Once signatures are obtained, students turn in the card at the Information Kiosk to enter to win prize drawings at the end of the event.
Complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, and soda are available in the Hospitality Room for exhibitors only. In addition, a snack cart will make its rounds to exhibitor rooms/areas in the afternoon. Don’t want to leave your booth? Ask one of our Career Fair Team to retrieve items for you!
An Interview Room will be available for free to exhibitors to use for on-site interviews. The room will be available by reservation only on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can reserve a time slot in advance by email or during check-in.
Want students to see your job or internship openings? Take advantage of this free service by emailing a request for our job template or sending your job/internship announcement to email@example.com.
