DESCRIPTION:The Junior Writing Portfolio is a mid-career diagnostic to determine if students’ writing abilities have advanced in ways that can handle the writing demands of upper-division courses and courses in their major. \nSuccessful completion of the Junior Writing Portfolio during the junior year is a requirement for graduation. To meet the requirement\, students must take a timed essay exam and submit a packet of three graded papers. \nRegistration is required for the timed essay exam.

Tours are divided into four groups (majors) each day as follows: \n\nMonday Tour:  Engineering (Civil Engineering)\, DTC\, Hospitality\, Computer Science\nTuesday Tour:  Engineering (Mechanical Engineering)\, Science/Medical\, Business Management\, Psychology/Social Sciences\n\n          Group days and majors are subject to change. \nSeating is limited and availability is based on a first-come\, first-serve basis for WSU Tri-Cities degree seeking students only. Tours are divided into four groups (majors) each day as follows: \n\nMonday Tour:  Engineering (Civil Engineering)\, DTC\, Hospitality\, Computer Science\nTuesday Tour:  Engineering (Mechanical Engineering)\, Science/Medical\, Business Management\, Psychology/Social Sciences\n\n          Group days and majors are subject to change. \nSeating is limited and availability is based on a first-come\, first-serve basis for WSU Tri-Cities degree seeking students only.
