DESCRIPTION:WSU Tri-Cities is offering a Flu Shot Clinic put on by Rite Aid on October 21 from 1:00-5:00. Sign up online at https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/OfficeHours@email.wsu.edu/bookings/s/wxITN3-iLkiLxTH19tlyzQ2 \nThe clinic is open to any WSU Tri-Cities student\, and any WSU employee that uses WSU insurance. Those not covered by WSU insurance are not able to participate in this clinic\, but we recommend you reach out to your local provider or pharmacist to schedule an appointment today.\nStudents do not need insurance to be able to participate in the program.\nEmployees must bring a COPY of your insurance card with you to the event. Due to COVID-19\, we are unable to take a copy of your insurance card.\nRegistration is required for this clinic to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.\nAnyone student or employee participating must complete the COVID-19 attestation in order to participate and wear a mask. If you have any of the following symptoms\, please do not participate in the clinic.\n• A temperature at or above 100.4 degrees or have reason to be concerned you may be developing a fever?\n• A new cough that you cannot attribute to another health condition?\n• A new sore throat that you cannot attribute to another health condition?\n• New shortness of breath or difficulty breathing that you cannot attribute to another health condition?\n• New muscle aches or pains that you cannot attribute to another health condition or a specific activity such as physical exercise?\n• New loss of taste or smell that you cannot attribute to another health condition?\n• Chills that you cannot attribute to another health condition?\n• Had close contact\, without the use of appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)\, with someone who is currently sick with suspected or confirmed COVID-19? (Note: Close contact is defined as within 6 feet for more than 15 consecutive minutes.)\n• Received a positive COVID-19 test result/diagnosis\, or are you currently suspected to have COVID-19? \n  \nA special thanks to the Office of Student Affairs\, the Associated Students of Washington State University Tri-Cities\, Campus Safety\, and Rite Aid for making this clinic possible.
