SUMMARY:Understanding and Managing Leave
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is for faulty and staff only and addresses the most typical leave issues managers and supervisors need to manage. It addresses such questions as: \nWhat type of leave should my employee be using? \nWhen is their leave request something I handle at the departmental leave\, and when should it be directed to HRS? \nHow can the work be done when I have an employee who is off work for an extended period of time? \nDo the same rules apply when medical leave is due to an on-the-job injury versus an ongoing condition? \n*Recommended for all WSU supervisors\, leads\, and time administrators\, this course helps clarify your understanding of this complicated issue.
