DESCRIPTION:WSU Tri-Cities will host a series of COVID-19 vaccination clinics on campus beginning Aug. 18 and continuing every Wednesday through the end of September. \nEvery Wednesday through end of September\n10 a.m. – 2 p.m.\nMobile medical unit in CIC parking lot \n* Aug. 18 date will run from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. \nThe Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will provide $50 gift cards for the first 50 people who get vaccinated.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nCOVID-19 vaccines are highly effective \nCOVID-19 vaccines remain highly effective at preventing severe disease\, and breakthrough infections for COVID-19 vaccinated individuals remain uncommon. Local data indicates that more than 90% of new COVID-19 infections are among unvaccinated people. We encourage you to talk to your health care provider about your best options.

Those not covered by WSU insurance are not able to participate in this clinic\, but we recommend you reach out to your local provider or pharmacist to schedule an appointment today.\nStudents do not need insurance to be able to participate in the program.\nEmployees must bring a COPY of your insurance card with you to the event. Due to COVID-19\, we are unable to take a copy of your insurance card.\nRegistration is required for this clinic to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.\nAnyone student or employee participating must complete the COVID-19 attestation in order to participate and wear a mask. Sera una sesión de Preguntas y Respuestas para ayudar a los padres a sentirse mejor acerca de sus estudiantes empezando la Universidad. \nLos panelistas incluyen Regente Cerna\, facultad\, admisiones y estudiantes actuales. Algunos de nuestros panelistas son ex alumnos de WSU y podran hablar sobre su experiencia en WSU. Los estudiantes actuales podrán responder cualquier pregunta sobre el campus y los miembros de la facultad podrán responder preguntas sobre sus cursos. Padres aprenderan como apoyar a sus estudiantes durante sus estudias para llegar hasta graduacion.
