DESCRIPTION:Campus-wide budget hearings to discuss the FY20 budget requests. \nSCHEDULE: 9:00 – 10:00 Student Affairs \nStrategic Enrollment Management and Recruitment \nStudent Support Services \nStudent Life and Activities \n10:00 – 11:00 Finance and Administration \nFinance \nCampus Safety \nFacilities \nInformation Technology \n1:00 – 2:00 Academic Affairs \nAcademic Affairs will review requests in order of Leadership Council Ratings \n2:00 – 3:00 Chancellor \nBSEL \nMarketing \nAdvancement \nChancellor/Outreach \nWHAT TO EXPECT: \n· At this time\, the VC’s have rated all requests and the Leadership Council have rated those that have an operational/ongoing impact to the budget. \n· This is a time for you to comment\, advocate and ask questions about the budget requests. \n· ‘Drop in’ during the hour(s) that interests you. \n· Expect no formal presentations as this will be mostly informal Q&A. \n· Each submitted request gets some ‘air-time’. \n· VC’s\, directors and staff will be there as subject matter experts to answer your questions and provide additional information. \nThe Chancellor is eager to hear your voice!
