No pre-registration is required\, vaccine forms can be completed at the event\, or can be downloaded by clicking here. \nAll current students\, employees\, and employee dependents covered by WSU employee insurance can participate. For students without insurance\, 100 shots will be available free of charge on a first-come\, first-served basis\, courtesy of ASWSUTC. \nEmployee dependents\, including children age four and older\, can also receive their shot if they are covered by WSU employee insurance. Employees must bring insurance cards for themselves and any dependents receiving shots to provide to the Rite Aid pharmacist. \nUpdated COVID vaccines may also be available\, depending on the quantity delivered to Rite Aid.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
