Most of us could benefit from adopting effective strategies for managing the stress that comes our way.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]During this presentation\, we will: \n\n\n\nexplore what stress is\nlearn how our bodies respond to stress\nidentify ways to effectively manage stressful situations\nprovide information on resources and supports available to you\n\n\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Facilitator for Strategies for Stress Management: \nTiffany Wentz\, MA\, LMHC. Tiffany Wentz served in the United States Marine before becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. With over 10 years in training and education\, she served as an adjunct faculty with both Eastern University and Antioch University as well as a corporate trainer and educator.
