DESCRIPTION:Join Counseling Services as they discuss burnout and ways to cope with symptoms for symptom alleviation. Focus will be on proactive practices of Self-care\, increasing resilience and prevention. Presenter: Sylvia Rangel-van Breda Vriesman\, M.A. LMFT\, who is a licensed marriage and family therapist and co-occurring disorders specialist; WSU Tri-Cities Wellness Coordinator and Student Counselor.
