DESCRIPTION:World Renowned renewable energy expert Dr. James Conca\, will lead a presentation on the challenges and extreme demands of providing renewable energy as part of the Herbert M. Parker Lecture Series. \nDr. Conca’s presentation will be Wednesday October 12 at 4 pm in the East Auditorium for students and faculty members. \nConcas’ second presentation will be open to the public on Thursday October 13 at 6:30 pm in the East Auditorium. Both presentations will be followed by book signings. \nDr. James Conca is a Senior Scientist for UFA Ventures\, Inc.\, a Trustee of the Herbert M. Parker Foundation and Contributor to Forbes on energy and nuclear issues and author of  “The GeoPolitics of Energy: Achieving a Just and Sustainable Energy Distribution by 2040”.
