DESCRIPTION:Writing Bootcamp: Strategies for Success \nYou’ve done the research and work\, now it’s time to showcase those efforts to peers\, professors and colleagues.In Writing Bootcamp: Strategies for Success\, learn how to write specifically for research. We will go over topics such as citations\, ethics and how not to plagiarize\, general writing skills\, and more. \nPresented by Dr. Andréa Davis\, Ph.D.\, Assistant Professor of English at WSU Tri-Cities. \nThe Joint Engineering and Science Seminar (JESS) series is an interdisciplinary effort of the School of Engineeringand Computer Science and the College of Arts and Sciences at WSU Tri-Cities. JESS talks are held at 12 p.m. almost every Friday through spring semester. \nAdmission is free and open to the public.
