Important Dates

Saturday, September 16 | Health Sciences Open House

At this open house, your students will explore careers and academic programs in health sciences.

Friday, September 29 | Cougar Coffee Chat

Join us for our first annual Cougar Coffee Chat to experience first-hand some of the ways we are committed to helping your students during their college exploration process.

Saturday, October 1 | FAFSA Opens

Students may begin filling out the FAFSA for the 2018 academic year. Remind them that there are also other scholarships and types of aid available through WSU.

Saturday, October 1 | WASFA Opens

Students may begin filling out the WASFA for the 2018 academic year. Remind them that there are other scholarships and types of aid available through WSU.

Saturday, October 14 | STEM-Focused Open House

At this open house, your students will learn more about STEM-related majors and careers.

Saturday, November 18 & January 20 | All Programs Open House

General open house dates provide your students the opportunity to visit campus and learn about all of the academic programs offered at WSU Tri-Cities.

Wednesday, January 31 | Priority Application Date

In order to serve students and their families better, fall 2018 applicants who have applied by the priorirty deadline are considered for Academic Achievement Awards.

Wednesday, January 31 | WSU General Scholarship Deadline

To be considered for WSU campus-wide and WSU Tri-Cities scholarships, students must submit their WSU General Scholarship application by January 31.

Wednesday, January 31 | FAFSA & WASFA Priority Deadline

Applicants who submit their financial aid application by this date are assured full consideration for financial aid available.

April 2-6 | Spirit Week

Encourage your students to come take a tour and explore campus. Campus tours will depart every hour on the hour with a current WSU Tri-Cities student from 9 am to 4 pm each day. Also, students can take a ‘Find your Major’ buzz-feed style quiz, and meet with an admissions counselor.

Tuesday, May 1 | Advanced Tuition Deposit Due

Help your students secure their spot at WSU Tri-Cities. By paying their advanced tuition deposit they are one step closer to their first day at WSU Tri-Cities.
