Registration is Open!
New Student Orientation for Spring 2017 is on Friday, January 6, 2017 and mandatory for all new students (freshman & transfer). Please select the link below to register.
Prepare yourself for the Spring Semester by joining the campus community for TWO mandatory New Student Experience programs that will cover academic advising, student resources, and what to expect as a student at WSU Tri-Cities.
Majors and Academic Planning Sessions (MAPS) are held in a group setting and are pre-advisement sessions that are held each semester before priority registration. Academic advisors and faculty mentors lead these workshops and provide registration information and schedule building tools so you will make progress toward meeting your graduation requirements.
New Student and Family Orientation is a program for all new students (freshman and transfer) to learn valuable resources to assist in their transition into the campus community. Sessions will cover academic resources, ways to be involved on campus, and provide opportunities to interact with faculty and staff who will be engaged in your overall success.
Please remember, there is a $100 mandatory orientation fee that will be charged to your student account. The fee covers the cost of:
– Peer mentor for the semester
– First year experience programs to assist with your transition during your first semester
– and other giveaways!
This fee will be added to your student account after the 10th day of the semester. If you’d like to pay the fee before Orientation, contact Student Accounts at 509-372-7498.
We are excited to meet you during these events and assist you as you begin your journey here at WSU Tri-Cities!
