After being a graduate student, I’ve learned to enjoy keeping up on communication theories and media studies.

What is your favorite thing about WSU Tri-Cities?
My favorite thing about WSU Tri-Cities is the small class sizes and the private school-like environment. Growing up I went to private school, which allowed me the opportunity to make close friends and know my instructors, which is something I enjoy seeing here at WSU Tri-Cities.
What advice do you have for future WSU Tri-Cities students?
Enjoy your college years! It truly is a wonderful time that allows you to grow not only academically but individually and professionally. Getting to know your professors is key! I’m lucky to call several of my professors a mentor, which is something I think is priceless. My mentors have helped guide me on my career path well after I graduated from college.
What I recommend to do while visiting the Tri-Cities:
Enjoy life by the river! There are many walking trails along the river, with one right in WSU Tri-Cities’ backyard. Go to a sporting event! Watching the Tri-City Dust Devils is one of my favorite summertime activities.
